Volunteer

Have some spare time? Would you like to support DBMS and members of your community? Because DBMS is a not-for-profit organization, we rely on the assistance of community volunteers in order to make our goals a reality. Everyone has something special to offer and knowing that you are making a difference in your community is a rich reward. You may choose to volunteer once a year, once a month, once a week or even just once. Volunteer positions are open to everybody and we would love to have you on board, here are some volunteer needs:

Boat Repair/Maintenance
Opening of the Bay:Silent Auction, Raffle, Decorating, Set up/clean up, Food, Family Day Game Attendants, Ticket Table
Event Helpers: National Learn to Row Day, Women Underway, Lecture Series, etc.
Grounds Maintenance: seasonal clean up, planting, mowing, etc.
Skippers: ACCESSAIL/adult sailing
